In a child's developmental process, emotions are a crucial part of their life. According to various national guidelines on child education and development, social-emotional development is one of the key developmental areas. Emotions not only affect their mental health but also impact their relationships, academic performance, and overall well-being. In this episode, I delve into the importance of emotions, the behaviours they might exhibit, and how to guide children in understanding their emotions and self-help techniques. This will help both you and your children to more effectively face the challenges encountered during their growth and to establish a strong and healthy parent-child relationship.
This episode is recorded in Mandarin, if you’re keen to know more information, please let me know. I will make an English version based on the needs.

那麼這一集要帶給小朋友的故事叫做 If you ever want to bring a circus to the library, Don’t!
這本書我看了也是呵呵大笑！簡直無法想像把馬戲團帶到圖書館是什麼樣子？炸掉了吧！

Dear Mom, Dad, big friends, and little friends,
I’m so sorry! The past month has been insanely busy! But I haven’t forgotten about reading to the little ones, and at the same time, I’m preparing a special episode for Mom and Dad. Stay tuned!

So, the story I’m bringing to the kids this time is called "If you ever want to bring a circus to the library, Don’t!"

I couldn’t stop laughing while reading this book! Can you imagine what it would be like to bring a circus to the library? It would be chaos!

Dear parents,
From the age of 2, children begin to take their first steps into the world, becoming curious about the world around them. By age 3, they start to learn the concept of sharing, and by age 4, they begin to develop preferences for friends to play with. However, Ms. Karie often notices conflicts among children on the playground at school. Therefore, she would like to invite both children and adults** to learn about identifying emotions, feelings, and problem-solving skills together**. This is also something we learn in Grade 1 classrooms in Australia. Let's learn our first solution together!

In this episode, we will first teach the Chinese and English vocabulary and a few sentences that will be heard in the story. By planting these words in children's minds, they will remember them when they hear the story, and listening to the full Chinese and English story again will reinforce their learning!

Once upon a time, in the heart of a lush forest, lived three adorable little animals: Emma the cute squirrel, LuLu the clever rabbit, and the Little Yellow Dog, who was always eager to help. One sunny day, as they were playing in the forest, they encountered a problem. What happened? Can the wise caretaker of the forest, Miss Owl use her wisdom to help them find a solution?

Let’s get ready for the story!
