節目裡，我會帶大家一起拆解數據、研究與經濟學論文，也會聊聊我看到這些資料時覺得有趣、值得懷疑，或值得再往下想的地方。

最新一輪 PISA 2025 顯示，過去十年 OECD 國家的平均閱讀成績下降了 28 分，數學也下降了 22 分。更值得注意的是，這個趨勢早在疫情之前就已經開始。 
 
可是把台灣的資料拉出來，故事卻完全不一樣。 
2025 年台灣數學 546 分、閱讀 508 分、科學 540 分，依然位居全球前段，而且長期並沒有出現和 OECD 一樣明顯的學力下滑。 
 
所以問題來了： 
為什麼同樣活在手機、短影音和 AI 的時代，台灣學生為何成了例外？ 
 
這一集我們會從 PISA 2025 的資料出發，聊聊幾個可能影響學習的重要因素： 

學生到底有沒有去上課？ 
手機和數位裝置真的會讓成績變差嗎？ 
為什麼全球的閱讀能力掉得特別快？ 
AI 幫我們把答案變得愈來愈容易取得，會不會反而讓「自己思考」變得更困難？ 
東亞教育又有哪些地方，可能真的值得保留？ 

 
節目裡也會談到 Beland &amp; Murphy 關於校園禁手機的研究，以及 Hanushek &amp; Woessmann 對認知能力、教育品質與經濟發展的經典研究。 
 
當答案愈來愈便宜，理解力、注意力、背景知識和判斷力，可能反而變得更加珍貴。 
這也許才是 AI 時代，教育真正需要面對的問題。

我們會進一步拆解經濟學裡的 displacement effect 和 reinstatement effect，看看 AI 為什麼可能先取代「工作裡的某些任務」，卻不一定立刻讓整個職業消失，也會談到 Noy &amp; Zhang、Brynjolfsson 等人的研究，看看 AI 到底有沒有真的提高生產力。  
 
但真正值得注意的，無論總工作數最後是增加還是減少，哪些人會最先受到衝擊呢？年輕人會不會更難進入職場？新人原本用來累積經驗的工作，會不會先被 AI 吃掉？即使新工作真的出現，原本的勞工又能不能順利轉過去？ 
 
這集想聊的，就是 AI 時代下，就業市場真正正在發生的改變。

我們會進一步拆解經濟學裡的 displacement effect 和 reinstatement effect，看看 AI 為什麼可能先取代「工作裡的某些任務」，卻不一定立刻讓整個職業消失，也會談到 Noy &amp; Zhang、Brynjolfsson 等人的研究，看看 AI 到底有沒有真的提高生產力。  
 
但真正值得注意的，無論總工作數最後是增加還是減少，哪些人會最先受到衝擊呢？年輕人會不會更難進入職場？新人原本用來累積經驗的工作，會不會先被 AI 吃掉？即使新工作真的出現，原本的勞工又能不能順利轉過去？ 
 
這集想聊的，就是 AI 時代下，就業市場真正正在發生的改變。
